Really, this was probably a fairly decent product, but what needs to be emphasized is the fact that it doesn't work with the 3rd generation iPod Touches.

A number of third-party sellers advertise this as compatible with the iPod Classic, but when mine arrived it did absolutely nothing in my Classic. I think it may work in my Nano, but that remains to be seen.
Meanwhile the Eforcity site does NOT list the Classic as a model with which it is compatible. Wish I'd gone there to begin with.

This is NOT working at all in my iPod touch. The iPod touch can connect to it, but not record the voice at all.
Since it's very cheap, I could not even think to return it because I don't want to spend my time waiting in line in the post office.
