The only thing I would improve on this is for it to have a release. I hate having to work it back and forth to remove it from my iphone. Of course, the USB cords Apple gives with the iphone also doesn't have a release like the old ones do, so maybe it isn't a big deal. I just worry about wearing out the contacts inside the phone.

liked the straight rather than coiled cord, decent length until plastic cover cracked and fell apart on terminal entering phone. apple store sent free replacement, unfortunately they sent the wrong cord. we shall see.

I have an iPhone 3GS, and the product worked as advertised for about 2 months of sporadic use. However, it now says that it is not approved to charge my iPhone. It started this before I downloaded the new OS, so I'm not really sure what happened. So frustrated!

Good solid product that works the way it's supposed to. I thought it wiser to pay a little more than the others out there because I'm tired of cheap crap. It plugs in solidly and stays put while it quickly charges up my phone. So good, I bought another and gave it to my wife.
