well i have the iphone 3g and the speakers dont work like my music i cant listen to it outloud only on headphones but when i go to settings and go to the ringtones and play one the speakers work just fine but i play music i cant hear anythingQuestion #2:

ok so i just recently had my Iphone 3g jailbriken, i got this app from Cydia and i changed my ringtones on my phone, but now what i really want to know is how do i change my SMS tones i want like a song as a ms tones, if you know a way PLEASE tell me step by step how i need to do it, also if i need to install a software on my computer and NO links to ventones or any other crap like that. Why can't itunes sync my ringtones to my iPhone?
I have an iPhone 3G S and iTunes version 9.0 or higher. I tried to create ringtones for my iPhone like I did 3 days ago but this time it won't work. The first time I tried it, it didn't work but after an hour I somehow got it to sync. I'm pretty sure I did everything right. I made sure to change it so the song was no longer than 40 seconds and I converted it to AAC version. Then I changed the file type from .m4a to .m4r for ringtones. When I played it, iTunes recognized it as a ringtone because it played under that tab but once I tried to sync my iPhone to it, it wouldn't go it. I thought it might be something wrong so I tried it with the ringtones I created before and it worked fine, it's just that new one I'm trying to make. It's not only that one song but all songs! Can anyone help me? It's really aggravating and it keeps bothering me.Question #16:

But iTunes only uses iTune purchased songs to make ring tones and then you have to pay another $0.99 cents to make it a ring tone! I've tried changing the song to an .m4r file and saving it elsewhere, but that hasn't worked either, Garageband won't even let me open the song I purchased to make a ringtone, any suggestions out there?
